The faculty of Department believes strongly that communications and newly emerging forms of information technology must develop together. The Department aims to prepare students for careers as leaders in information and communications professions and research. Graduates are qualified to pursue careers as beginning information and communication managers in a variety of organizations and adept at using the latest information and communications technology and methods for reference, research, information management, and other professional tasks.

We equip students with the theories and practices of information and communication technology through the study of the foundations, principles, and ideas of the discipline, and the status and expectations of the profession. The Department is committed to necessarily interdisciplinary. The essentials of the program include: Information Management & Computer Audit, Computer & Networks Securities, Networks Communication Systems, and Wireless Networks & Applications.
