1. 以可攜式液晶感測元件檢測環境中的危害物質:感測機制建立、分子探針合成、感測光學元件設計。

(Portable liquid crystal-based sensor for detecting environmental hazards, including development of sensing mechanism, synthesis of molecular probe, design of optical sensing device.)

2. 有機分子的設計與合成及其在有機發光二極體及有機太陽能電池元件上的應用

(Design and synthesis of organic molecules for optoelectronic applications, ex: organic light-emitting diodes and organic photovoltaics, dye-sensitized solar cells and perovskite solar cells)
