研究方向:

本研究團隊致力於拉曼光譜、表面增強拉曼光譜、螢光光譜的分析,建立多功效平台以應用於化學、醫學、食品、環境之實際檢測;除此之外,我們也涉及有機化學方法合成光敏物質和奈米材料,嘗試發展光與電的轉換模組與抗菌材質。 我們非常歡迎肯努力做研究的同學一起共事。

 

光譜感測與先進材料實驗室近年的工作包括 (誠摯歡迎有志一同努力研究的同學加入本實驗室)

我們的研究策略是同時探討表面增強拉曼與螢光兩個獨立的光學現象,目的是建立分子光譜分析技術來觀測分子模式,亦可使成果外溢到檢測應用的發展。在表面增強拉曼方面,(A) 我們利用奈米碳點創造奈米銀聚集團中的特殊空隙作為能量傳遞的3D空間;(B) 我們建立了基質的雙重載體技術;(C) 我們建立了在原始介質中辨識蛋白的拉曼光譜能力;(D) 我們建立了拉曼光譜統計分析的模型。另外,我們發表了極高靈敏度的拉曼光譜量測技術。 在螢光方面,我們成功製備了好幾種螢光碳點及衍生物和光敏劑,並已經初步達成了提升油溶性、可承載生物活性分子等目標,以擴大螢光標定的應用範圍。

以下為實驗室發表的重要貢獻:

1.  3D空間的建構 – 以不同螢光碳點構築不同的奈米銀聚集團形成特殊角錐空間,此結果發表在2023Nanoscale

2.  開發雙重載體技術 –

     - 剛性SERS載台,報導多樣的食品染料偵測技術,乃至於應用於真實樣品。 光譜的偵測極限為10-15 M。此結果於2022年刊登在Food Chemistry

     - 軟性SERS載台,此結果除了顯示表面增強拉曼光譜技術的偵測外,亦可當作產氫的加速催化劑。 2022年發表於ACS Applied Nano Materials

3.  以拉曼光譜的蛋白辨識能力爲主的化學結構分類技術以骨頭形狀的奈米金棒,報導了Trimeresurus stejnegeriBungarus multicinctus毒液的SERS光譜。光譜顯示出蛇毒的獨特SERS標記,在2020年發表於Journal of Materials Chemistry B

4.  針對複雜真實樣品分析的拉曼光譜統計分析技術 – 已經以28種類黃酮為模型建立一套有效方法,成果論文已發表於Journal of Food and Drug Analysis (2020) 28:45

5.  極高靈敏度拉曼光譜量測技術已經建立高度靈敏(10-18 M)的液相表面增强拉曼量測技術 "A SERS method with attomolar sensitivity: a case study with the flavonoid catechin",發表於:Microchim Acta (2018) 185: 120
